Jon lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife, Melissa, and three children, Caitlin, Alex and Molly. In his spare time, Jon can be found on the golf course or watching his kids’ sporting events.

Mitch Lillie
Co-Founder & Senior VP
Mitch has spent his career in business development and national recruitment, developing strong relationships with leaders in the independent financial services industry. He also has years of experience helping Registered Investment Advisory firms and Independent Broker-Dealer firms grow their businesses by recruiting top talent, assisting with succession plans and evaluating potential acquisitions.
Mitch lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife, Ashley, and their four children: Colin, Evan, Landon and Riley. When Mitch is not working, he enjoys spending time at his second home in Destin, Florida, or attending his kids’ sporting events.

Andrew Altstadt
Andrew joined Advisor Seekers in January 2022 with a background in insurance and sales. He attended Northeast Community College as well as California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he played baseball and studied business administration.
Andrew lives in Omaha and in his free time he enjoys playing golf, watching Nebraska football, and doing DIY projects around the house.
Cole Grennan
Cole’s career includes working in the financial services industry during college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and in the technology industry before joining the Advisor Seekers team in August 2021. During his time with Advisor Seekers, he has been able to build in-depth relationships with financial advisors and supporting staff to help them find the next step in their careers.
Cole lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with his fiancée, Taylor, and their new French bulldog puppy, Pierre. Outside the office, Cole can be found spending time boating in the summer, watching sports and going to Nebraska Cornhuskers football home games.
Amber Burnett
Amber joined Advisor Seekers in June 2021. She previously worked in the banking industry, where she has firsthand experience in compliance and customer service. She strives to provide our team with the finest administrative assistance.
Amber lives in Lakin, Kansas, with her husband, Wyatt; their daughter, Paisley; and their two dogs, Thunder and Storm. When she’s not working, you can find her camping in the summer or spending time with her family on the golf course.
Jace Schuppan
Jace joined Advisor Seekers in May 2022. He brings over a decade of experience serving in various leadership and business development roles in the financial services industry. During that tenure, he consulted investment professionals and financial advisors on launching/operating mutual funds, ETFs, interval funds, and hedge funds. He is passionate about developing collaborative relationships with clients and partners to help them achieve their goals.
Jace resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife, Julie, and their four children: Lilly, Noelle, Barrett, and Finn, plus their border terrier - Rocket. Outside the office you will find him attending his kids many sporting events, barbequing, and cheering on the Huskers

Brandon Staack
Account Manager
Brandon joined Advisor Seekers in March 2022. After completing his contract in the Marine Corps, he developed a background in commercial sales that focused on business solutions and continuity. Brandon uses this experience to be the bridge between the client and the candidates in order to fill each role with the top talent in the industry.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah, son Theo, and their dog Remi. His hobbies include everything Husker Football, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
Miguel Espinoza-Rodriguez
Miguel joined Advisor Seekers in January 2023 with a degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He possesses 7 years of experience of professional experience working in Communications and Insurance.
Miguel lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife, Perla, and their baby boy, Santhiago. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and watching soccer games.
Lauren Brown
Lauren joined Advisor Seekers in January 2023. Before joining the team, Lauren worked in client services for Ameriprise Financial where she gained firsthand experience to the wealth management industry. She than began her career in recruiting with a focus in accounting and finance. She enjoys building relationships with clients & candidates and is thrilled when someone finds that right next step in their career.
Lauren lives in Greenville, SC and attended Clemson University. Outside of the office, Lauren can be found spending time with her fiancé Thomas, going on adventures with their adorable Goldendoodle, Lennon, and traveling to the mountains or beach -- tough to say which is her favorite!
Jessica Pistone
Jessica joined Advisor Seekers in January 2023. She graduated from Clarkson College with her bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging. She previously worked in the healthcare staffing industry where she had experience with recruiting and compliance.
Jessica lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband, Tyler, and their 2 twins: Piper and Gunner. When not working, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Bernadette D'elia
Bernadette joined Advisor Seekers in April 2023. She began her career in the financial recruiting industry over 10 years ago. Her dedication to her clients, candidates, and team allows her to build long-lasting relationships.
She believes that everyone deserves to be happy and productive in the workplace, which then allows for a happy and healthy life at home. Bernadette and her husband live in Orlando, Florida. They frequently visit the theme parks, enjoy playing golf and relaxing on the beach.
Amanda Carlson
Originally from Duvall, WA. Background in management, sales, and operations. Previously worked in the Healthcare Staffing Industry and gained experience in recruiting. Amanda attended Whitworth University in Spokane WA where she played basketball and got her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She is living in Great Falls, Montana with her husband Todd, and dog Penny. Amanda enjoys all things outdoors (hiking, camping, boating). She also enjoys watching sports, is a die-hard Seahawks fan, and her husband and her brew beer in their spare time!

Chris McCormick
Chris joined Advisor Seekers in 2023. Before joining the team, Chris held leadership positions in various industries, including 14 years in the telecommunications industry where he worked in both the retail to consumer and business to business space. With over 15 years of experience leading high performing sales teams, he oversees our client marketing team where he uses his expertise in relationship building and business solutions to identify the right opportunities for our most qualified candidates.
Chris resides in Omaha, NE, with his two sons Joey and Aedan. A former soccer player and coach, he spends most of his time watching his two boys play the sport they all love. When not bouncing from soccer match to soccer match, Chris enjoys watching college football and cheering on his beloved Oklahoma Sooners.
